Tal-Ħandaq Nostalgia

Memories of the Royal Naval School, Malta, 1947 - 1978.

A Sign of the Times

The name of the school was changed in April 1969, though it continued to be administered by the Royal Navy, along with all other service schools in Malta.

When I first attended in 1952 the school was called The Royal Naval School and became The Royal Naval Childrens School the following year. We were each given an inscribed QE2 Coronation Propelling Pencil in June 1953
