 Malta Garrison Sailing Club, Hay Wharf Pieta554 viewsThe boats were hoisted into the water from where the grey navy boats are. We used to go there sailing for sports afternoons in 1971 from Tal Handaq. This picture was taken from my balcony in the Excelsior Hotel.
