The Dockyard Clock655 viewsSt Michael Cavalier, Senglea.
The Cavalier was demolished in 1923 to make way for a new school called St Michael’s Cavalier Public School. This was destroyed by bombing in WW2 and rebuilt to a different design on the same site overlooking No.3 Dock. The Cavalier stood on St Michael Bastion where apart from the Dockyard Clock, the Admiralty has its offices, a recreation hall, tennis courts and the Dockyard School.
