I had a nickname Lumley as I wore glasses and looked like the TV character at the time!

My sporting abilities were negligible but I used to run in the Cross Country and played Hockey for the School usually against Junior Service Teams. I was a Committee member of the Pembroke Youth Club. My memories are of wall to wall sunshine, some great fun, friendly contemporaries and locals.

I organised a reunion with Roger Wilkin at Northwood when we were both working there (I was at Lloyd Bank and Rog at HMS Warrior)
