Great picture, looks as though the destruction of "our Tigne" was underway.

Intriguing to try and date it. I think the buildings at Tigne are still the army quarters but the Preluna looks very tall, or is it a new neighbour? No ships but no yachts either.

I think its after 1967 as the city gate does not look as I remember it and the buses all look the same colour.
