No its not Forth, she was in Msida Creek. Probably Ranpura which preceded Ausonia as a repair ship in what should be called Lazaretto Creek.

Lazaretto was a yacht marina when we lived at Ta'Xbiex 1965-1967

There is a 'Weapons' class destroyer on the left. Cannot make out her pennent number though.

Definitely the Ranpura. Used to know the name of the cruiser alongside and the LST to starboard. The cruiser was not there long but the Lst stayed for years. Will have to dig out some long forgotten diaries to pinpoint the date. Thanks for the memories! Art

I thought this was Ausonia?

They were similar and Ausonia replaced Ranpura in 1958. Having checked out other photos I agree with Arfabuck that it is Ranpura. The date (now removed) was a little misleading.
