Battleships/Battle Cruisers therefore probably pre war. Working on the names.

I think Phill was referring to the lack of ships rather than its cleanliness?

Yes my comment was referring to the lack of ships, as for condition, think what it was like for an apprentice in 64, 1964 that is!!
