Lovely man, I wish I had listened to him.

It was my great good fortune to have him as my form master for two years. He once said to the class 'If anyone in this class goes on to become a member of parliament I would feel that I had failed'. A wonderful man.

As many others have said, he was my favourite teacher. It's always the English teacher that grabs your imagination, isn't it? He never laughed at anything I had to say, however daft it was. Lovely man.

He was one of my favourite teachers. Some people, you never forget!

A lovely man. The day he put my wet shirt on the revolving ceiling fan to dry, his lesson was the song "Full fathom five my father lies" Funny the little seemingly unimportant things the mind remembers.
